Kumar Singh looked at his first stock quote in 1994. He was still in school. Most kids his age were chasing cricket scores. He was chasing tickers.
The fascination never faded. It only deepened. He went on to graduate from Delhi University, then pursued the Company Secretary program. One semester in, he walked away. Not because it was too hard. Years of research, screen time, losses, wins, back-testing, live execution, journaling, and brutal self-correction led Kumar to one conclusion so simple it makes most traders uncomfortable.

In May 2026, the methodology behind every program at the academy was named and locked: NIC — No Indicator Concepts. Pure structure. Real markets. Zero indicators. Today the academy delivers three programs built on the NIC methodology — NIC Pro 1-on-1 Mentorship, NIC Pro Group Mentorship, and NIC Fundamentals — each taught personally by Kumar Singh.
Note: Some students refer to the program by its earlier name, the Institutional Order Flow and Volume Footprint Trading Operator Program. The same methodology is now branded as NIC Pro.
