Most trading education websites tell you what they offer. We think it's at least as important to tell you what we don't.
Trading education as an industry has drifted a long way from its actual purpose. Serious traders deserve to know exactly where an academy stands before they commit time, money, or trust. This page is that statement.
Everything on this list is something we've consciously rejected as a business decision. Not because the law requires it, but because each of these practices quietly works against the person who's supposed to benefit. The student.
No buy-sell recommendations. No "trade of the day." No WhatsApp groups selling calls. No paid Telegram channels pushing entries and exits.
A signal channel and a teaching academy are fundamentally different businesses. One makes you dependent on the person sending the signal. The other makes you capable of reading the market yourself.
We chose the second business. We don't blur the line.
We don't earn when you open a demat account. We don't get paid when you place a trade. No broker pays us to route students their way, and no referral codes sit inside our content.
This matters. The moment an educator earns from broker commissions, their incentive quietly shifts. They benefit when students trade more, not when students trade better. We refuse that incentive structure.
No assured returns. No income guarantees. No "make ₹X per month" promises. No backtest screenshots presented as what you'll personally achieve. Nothing we teach, publish, or market guarantees any financial outcome.
Markets don't work that way. Honest educators don't pretend they do.
We don't take capital under management. We don't run portfolio services. We don't offer profit-sharing arrangements where we trade on your behalf. Our relationship with every student is strictly educational.
If you want money managed, you need a SEBI-registered portfolio manager or investment adviser. Not us.
No listed company pays us to talk about their stock. No promoter-funded research dresses itself up as neutral teaching. Every chart we discuss, every example we teach from, every reference we make is chosen for its educational value. Not for someone's investor relations budget.
Every testimonial we publish comes from a real student who consented to share it. We don't stage transformation stories. We don't pay for reviews. We don't buy followers, subscribers, or engagement metrics.
If it's on our website, the person is real and the words are theirs.
No fake countdown timers. No "only 3 seats left" banners that never change. No "price goes up at midnight" tactics. No artificial urgency designed to force rushed decisions about your capital and your career.
If you need time to think, take it. If you need to talk to family, do that. If the academy is right for you in October, it'll still be right for you in November.
We don't have NBFC partnerships that let students EMI their way into courses they can't afford. We don't push "buy now, pay later" options designed to trap aspiring traders in debt while learning a skill they may not yet have capital to practice.
If the fee is a stretch, wait. Build savings. Come back when you're ready. We're not going anywhere.
Every group session is led by Kumar Singh. Every 1-on-1 call is with Kumar Singh. Every WhatsApp message, every email query, every YouTube comment gets answered by Kumar directly.

Our programs have a beginning, a middle, and a graduation. The optional lifetime support is an add-on for students who want ongoing access, not a requirement and not a recurring trap.
