The Trading Library provides basic foundations and concepts only, intended to improve your skills at a foundational level. For in-depth, complete learning and to develop your full trading potential, please consider joining NIC Pro and/or other mentorship programs offered by the Academy.
The Trading Library is a collection of pre-recorded educational videos that cover foundational trading concepts and basic skills. It is designed to help you build a base level of understanding.
The Trading Library does not include the advanced proprietary frameworks of the Academy, which are taught exclusively within the NIC Pro mentorship program and are not part of the Trading Library. The Trading Library is not a mentorship program and is not a substitute for any private one-on-one or group mentorship, or any live online or offline mentorship, offered by the Academy.
The Trading Library is available through the options below. A selection of foundational videos may also be offered free of charge from time to time, at the Academy's discretion.

Yearly subscription | ₹11,999 per year. Full access to the available library while the subscription is active. |
All prices are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), as per prevailing law. Pricing may be revised by the Academy at any time without prior notice.
A subscription grants you access to the videos available in the library, including new videos added during your active subscription period. Subscription access continues only while the subscription is active and ends on cancellation or expiry of the paid period.
You may cancel your membership at any time. On cancellation, your current paid period continues until its end and only the next renewal is stopped. Your membership remains valid for the specific month, quarter, or year for which you have already paid, and the subscription will not auto-renew for the following period. Subscription access ends when the current paid period ends.
A Pay-as-you-go purchase grants you personal access to the specific video purchased. Such access is personal to you and is not transferable. The lifetime nature of this access is subject to the Service Availability clause below, which explains how lifetime and similar terms operate.
All videos and materials in the Trading Library are the intellectual property of the Academy and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not download (unless a download is expressly provided), copy, record, screen-capture, share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any video or material. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared. Any breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
All services are provided only for so long as the Academy continues to offer and operate them. Where any term such as unlimited, full access, or lifetime is used in relation to any service, it means access for so long as the Academy continues to offer and operate that service. Such access is directly linked to the continued availability and operation of the relevant service. If the Academy ceases, discontinues, or closes any service, any such unlimited, full access, or lifetime entitlement automatically ends at that point, without further liability and without any obligation to refund beyond what is expressly stated in the applicable Refund Policy.
The Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, amend, update, modify, revise, replace, suspend, or withdraw this policy, and any of its services, features, content, schedules, pricing, or terms, at any time and without prior or advance notice to any user. Any change takes effect when published. Your continued use of the services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this policy from time to time.
The Academy is an educational organization. It provides structured trading education, concept learning, and skill development only. The Academy does not provide investment advice, trading tips, buy, sell, or hold recommendations, calls, signals, portfolio or fund management, research analysis, or any advisory or financial service of any kind. The Academy is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or with any financial or securities regulatory authority anywhere in the world, and does not hold itself out as a registered investment adviser, research analyst, or financial intermediary in any jurisdiction. If, for any reason, the matter is not resolved through such mutual efforts, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bihar or Delhi, India, or such other jurisdiction as the Academy may consider suitable. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
