This page walks through, honestly and specifically, what it actually looks like to engage with our academy. From the first time you find us on YouTube to years after you've graduated.

How traders find us
Most of the traders who eventually join our programs first find us on YouTube at youtube.com/@KumarSingh. They watch content, see the teaching style, and form a read on whether this is the kind of education they're looking for.
The next step is usually our WhatsApp channel. A one-way broadcast stream where Kumar shares lessons, chart breakdowns, and market observations between YouTube uploads. No noise. No chat groups. Just a quiet feed of real teaching.
We run a free, private, live Q&A session on Google Meet every Sunday. This has been running for about a year. It has never been publicly advertised on YouTube. It's not a sales webinar.
It's a live session where traders sit with Kumar, watch charts being read in real time, and ask questions about markets, frameworks, and their own trading. Attending one or more of these sessions is the clearest way to understand how we teach before you commit to anything.
If you want to explore enrollment, you'll be asked to fill a short form capturing basic details. Phone, email, how you found us. This isn't a lead-capture funnel. It's how we keep our records clean and make sure the person who eventually speaks with Kumar has the context they need.
The enrollment conversation
After the form, the next step is a direct call. Usually with Kumar personally, sometimes via WhatsApp, sometimes on a scheduled video call.
This is not a sales pitch. It's a conversation about whether the academy is right for you at this stage of your trading journey. We'll ask about your experience, your goals, your time commitment, and what you've tried before that didn't work. You can ask anything you need answered.
If the fit is clear on both sides, we move to payment and enrollment. If it isn't, we'll tell you directly and, where possible, point you toward something that makes more sense. Not every serious trader is ready for this academy at every moment of their career. That's not a problem.
Cooling-off window
After enrollment, you have a defined cooling-off period during which you can withdraw and receive a refund per our published policy. The specific duration and conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.
We built this in because serious decisions deserve space to reconsider without financial pressure.
You're welcome and onboarding
Within 24 hours of enrollment, you'll receive a welcome from Kumar directly. Not an automated email. A real message outlining your program schedule, first session details, any preparatory reading, and exactly how to reach him during the program.
You'll be added to the relevant student channel for your track. You'll receive the schedule for your first month. And you'll know, specifically, when your first live session is.
One-on-one with Kumar Singh is the highest tier of learning this academy offers. Institutional-grade, world-class trading education, curated entirely around you.
Every session is taken by Kumar Singh personally. Not an assistant. Not a senior student. Not a coach trained on his material. Kumar himself, on the call, on your charts, teaching you to read the market the way institutions actually read it.
This is the closest you will come, in retail trading education, to sitting next to an institutional-grade trader while he reads the market, explains what he sees, and teaches you to see it yourself. The frameworks we've spent years developing are taught to you in their fullest form, at the depth and pace you specifically need.

Live sessions happen on a fixed weekly cadence over Google Meet. Every session is conducted by Kumar Singh personally. Not a senior student. Not an assistant instructor. Kumar himself, on every call, teaching every framework, answering every question.
Each live session has three parts. Deep teaching of a specific framework or module. Real-time chart reading that applies the framework to current live markets, exactly the way institutions read them. And open Q&A where you can ask anything — about the framework, about the markets, about your own learning.

Communication and response norms
Kumar personally handles every message from every student. Our response commitments during active programs:
WhatsApp messages: usually same day, generally within a few hours during working hours
Email queries: within 24 hours
Session scheduling and rescheduling: within 48 hours
Urgent concerns: as fast as humanly possible
We take responsiveness seriously because we know from our own experience as traders that the question you have at the moment you need it answered is the one that actually matters.
Programs are structured but not rigid. If your pace is different, we adjust. If you need to revisit a framework, we revisit it. If life events pause your learning for a while, we pause with you and resume when you're ready.
What stays constant. The curriculum depth, the mentor access, the structured progression.
What flexes. The pace at which you move through it.
Every program has a graduation point. You'll know you're there when you can read institutional order flow and volume footprint on a fresh chart without assistance, walk through a trade decision using our frameworks end-to-end, and articulate why a given setup is valid or invalid in your own words.
When you graduate, we mark the milestone, send you the final summary of everything covered, and check in on what's next for your trading journey.
You're not cut off after graduation. You're just no longer inside the active program structure.
Lifetime Mentorship Support (optional add-on)
Lifetime support is an add-on available to students who want ongoing access after their program concludes. It includes:
Continued access to updated framework materials as our research evolves
Participation in periodic alumni sessions with Kumar
A quieter WhatsApp support channel for framework-level questions that come up over the years
Priority notification on new programs or research releases
It's optional because not every student needs it. Some graduate, apply the frameworks, and never need another session. Others want the ongoing connection. Both paths are valid.
If something goes wrong
We take student concerns seriously. If any part of your experience falls short of what we've promised on this page, raise it with us directly.

For formal grievances, write to our Grievance Officer. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved or escalated within 7 working days per our published Grievance Redressal policy. If resolution is unsatisfactory, you may pursue further steps detailed in that policy.
We'd rather know about a problem than not. Silence doesn't serve you and it doesn't serve us.
