For enrollment and mentorship enquiries

The best starting point is our enrollment form, linked across the academy website. Fill it in with your details and what you're looking for, and Kumar will reach out personally to continue the conversation.

For ongoing students

If you're already enrolled in one of our programs, you have direct WhatsApp access to Kumar for the duration of your mentorship. Use that channel for questions, chart queries, and session scheduling.

For anything that needs written follow-up or document exchange, email works alongside WhatsApp.

For grievances and formal concerns

If something has gone wrong and you need to raise a formal concern, please use our Grievance Redressal process rather than general contact. Grievances raised through that channel are tracked, acknowledged within a defined window, and resolved with named accountability.

A note on response times

Kumar personally handles every incoming message. That's a deliberate choice, and one we hold as a core standard of the academy. It also means responses are usually same-day for WhatsApp, within 24 hours for email, and somewhat longer during active teaching sessions or live market hours.

If something is time-sensitive, mark it clearly in the subject or message. We'll prioritize accordingly.
