Lifetime Mentorship Support is not a product. It is a long-term educational relationship between the student and Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy - built for traders who are serious about mastering institutional order flow as a discipline, not chasing a shortcut.
This is why it is strictly limited. Strictly educational. And strictly available only at the moment of enrollment.
Lifetime Mentorship Support is available exclusively to students enrolling in the Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy 1:1 Mentorship Program or the NIC Pro Group Program. It cannot be purchased separately, later, or retroactively. If you’re enrolling in 1:1 mentorship or the NIC Pro Group and you want the academy walking beside you for the long term - this is the add-on built for you.
As a Lifetime Mentorship Support student, you receive:
Doubt-clearing sessions organized by the academy - held on weekends or on the academy's scheduled calendar, open to all lifetime-support students.
Two live mentor interactions per month, requestable by the student and scheduled as per mutual availability. These sessions are educational in nature - focused on concept review, methodology clarification, and learning refinement.
Ongoing communication access through the academy's official channels - email, WhatsApp, phone, and official social media - for educational queries and doubt resolution.
Continued access to curriculum updates - any future refinements, new lessons, updated concepts, or newly introduced frameworks that the academy rolls out as part of the lifetime support program, at the academy's discretion.
Continued inclusion in the academy's ongoing educational community - as long as Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy continues to operate the program.
Lifetime Mentorship Support must be added as a paid add-on at the time of purchasing the 1:1 Mentorship or NIC Pro Group enrollment package. It is a one-time, non-refundable fee, paid once, separate from the base program fee.
Please note: Once you complete your enrollment without this add-on, it cannot be added afterwards. There are no upgrades, no retroactive purchases, and no exceptions. This restriction exists to keep the lifetime support group deliberately small, committed, and serious - which is what gives it its value.
Not every student chooses Lifetime Mentorship Support at the point of enrollment, and that is entirely understandable. The academy is built to support serious traders well beyond the final lesson, wherever in the world you trade from.
Every student who completes a Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy mentorship program receives one month of complimentary exclusive support following course completion. This window is your runway - a dedicated period to consolidate what you have learned, revisit core concepts, and bring your questions directly to the academy as you begin reading live market structure for yourself.
Once that first month concludes, continued guidance is available through Pro Desk - the academy’s dedicated channel for ongoing, on-demand support. Pro Desk lets you engage the academy entirely on your own terms, choosing the depth, format, and frequency of support that fits your individual requirements as a trader, for exactly as long as you need it.
Lifetime Mentorship Support remains a separate and exclusive path. It is offered only to students who select the Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on at the time of enrollment. Students who do not opt in at enrollment continue their journey through the one-month complimentary window followed by Pro Desk, rather than through lifetime access.
A note on the complimentary month: this one month of post-completion support is extended at the discretion of Kumar Singh and Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy as a goodwill gesture to its students. It is optional rather than contractual, and the academy is under no obligation to provide on-demand support beyond this stated period. The full terms are set out below.

Lifetime Mentorship Support is delivered by Kumar Singh personally, supported by the Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy coordination and education support staff - who ensure sessions are scheduled, queries are routed, curriculum updates are rolled out, and every student's journey receives the institutional-grade attention the academy is known for.
Please read these terms carefully. By purchasing the Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on, you acknowledge and accept the following in full.
Strictly Educational. Strictly Non-Advisory. Lifetime Mentorship Support is an educational service provided by Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy (OPC) Private Limited. It is not investment advice, research analysis, portfolio management, or any service requiring registration under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Investment Advisers Regulations (2013), Research Analyst Regulations (2014), or Portfolio Managers Regulations (2020) - nor any equivalent regulation in any other jurisdiction, including but not limited to the SEC (USA), FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia), MAS (Singapore), or SCA (UAE). No buy or sell recommendations, trading tips, signals, calls, or assurance of profits or returns are provided at any stage of this engagement.
Eligibility. Lifetime Mentorship Support is available only to students simultaneously enrolling in the Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy 1:1 Mentorship Program or the NIC Pro Group Program. It is not available to alumni or any third parties. It must be purchased as an add-on at the time of enrolling in an eligible program; it cannot be purchased before, after, or independently of that program package.
No Post-Enrollment Upgrades. Once enrollment in an eligible program is completed without the Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on, it cannot be added at any later date under any circumstances. No retroactive upgrades, no exceptions, no conversions.
One-Time, Non-Refundable Fee. The Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on fee is a one-time payment, inclusive of applicable GST, and is strictly non-refundable once payment is processed - regardless of the student's subsequent usage, participation, frequency of interaction, or trading outcomes.
Definition of "Lifetime. "Lifetime" means for as long as Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy (OPC) Private Limited continues to operate the Lifetime Mentorship Support program in its present or modified form. The academy reserves the right to modify, restructure, rename, or discontinue specific features of the program with reasonable notice, while maintaining the overall spirit of continued educational support to enrolled students. The academy further reserves the absolute right to discontinue the Lifetime Mentorship Support program in its entirety, permanently and without obligation to provide any replacement, successor program, or refund, subject only to providing reasonable prior notice to enrolled students. Such discontinuation may occur due to regulatory changes, operational considerations, strategic restructuring, or any other reason the academy deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
5.1 Termination for Cause. Notwithstanding the Lifetime Mentorship Support commitment, the academy reserves the right to terminate any individual student's access to the program, without refund, if the student engages in conduct including but not limited to: violation of the academy's Intellectual Property Rights; harassment or abuse of staff, mentors, or other students; reproduction or redistribution of course material; chargeback fraud; misrepresentation during enrollment; or any conduct the academy determines to be materially detrimental to the community or the academy's operations.
Scope of Interaction. Live mentor interactions are limited to a maximum of two sessions per calendar month, requestable by the student and scheduled by mutual availability. Sessions are educational in nature and focus on curriculum, concept, and methodology clarification. Sessions are not a channel for trade recommendations, market calls, or personalized investment advice.
Academy Rights. Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy reserves the right to: (a) create, update, introduce, or modify rules, policies, schedules, session formats, and communication protocols as required from time to time; (b) revise pricing of the Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on for future enrollments (existing students' already-paid access is not affected); (c) add, remove, or modify specific curriculum updates, tools, or session types included within the program; (d) communicate such changes through the academy's official channels.
Grounds for Termination Without Refund. Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's Lifetime Mentorship Support access, without refund and without further obligation, in the event of:
violation of academy rules, terms, conditions, or policies of any kind;
sharing, resale, unauthorized recording, or redistribution of academy sessions, materials, or communication;
defamation, misrepresentation, or reputational harm to the academy, its founder, staff, or students;
dishonest, abusive, harassing, or disruptive conduct;
violation of applicable law;
any other conduct the academy reasonably deems incompatible with the integrity of the program.
Personal, Non-Transferable Access. Access is granted strictly to the named enrolled student. It is personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be shared, resold, gifted, or passed on to any other person or entity under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property. All teaching frameworks - including the Engulf Cycle Strategy, Mother Candle Logic, Ascending & Descending Market Structure, 1-2-3 Formula (Order Flow & Volume Footprint), Parallel Channel Structural Forecasting, Periodic Volume Profile Research, Institutional FVG Framework, and L1–L3 Candle Body & Wick Psychology - along with all session recordings, written materials, and methodologies, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy (OPC) Private Limited. Students receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own learning only.
Risk Disclosure. Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk of loss. All trading decisions made by the student are the student's sole responsibility. Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy, its founder, and its staff bear no liability for any financial loss, opportunity cost, tax consequence, or damage arising from the student's trading or investment decisions - whether based on academy education or otherwise.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Saran, Bihar. Students enrolling from outside India do so voluntarily and agree to be bound by Indian law and this jurisdiction clause.
Complimentary Post-Completion Support (Discretionary). Upon completion of any Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy mentorship program, a student who has not purchased the Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on is eligible for one (1) month of complimentary exclusive support, commencing on the date the academy records the program as completed. This complimentary support is provided voluntarily and entirely at the sole discretion of Kumar Singh and Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy as a goodwill measure, and does not constitute a contractual entitlement. The academy is not forced, obligated, or bound to provide on-demand or continued support beyond this one-month period. The provision, scope, format, scheduling, conduct, suspension, or cancellation of any such optional support - whether within or beyond the stated one-month duration - rests solely with the academy’s management and its sole discretion, and the academy reserves all rights in this regard.
Continued Support via Pro Desk. Following the one-month complimentary period, ongoing and on-demand support is available to students exclusively through Pro Desk, the academy’s dedicated support channel. Students may engage Pro Desk in accordance with their individual requirements. Pro Desk is the standard and exclusive pathway for continued support for every student who has not enrolled with the Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on.
Lifetime Support Strictly by Enrollment Add-On. Lifetime Mentorship Support is provided exclusively to students who elect and purchase the Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on at the time of enrollment. No student shall be entitled to lifetime or perpetual support by virtue of program completion, the complimentary one-month period, Pro Desk usage, or any other route. A student who does not purchase the add-on at enrollment must obtain continued support through the Pro Desk channel after the one-month complimentary period.
Reservation of Rights; Amendment Without Notice. Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy reserves the complete and absolute right to edit, modify, vary, restructure, supplement, or withdraw any of these terms, policies, durations, support arrangements, or related provisions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to students. The academy is not bound to issue individual notification of any such change. Any revised terms take effect upon publication on the academy’s portal, and continued participation thereafter constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Students are advised to review this policy on the portal from time to time so as to remain informed of the current terms. This provision applies to all students worldwide, irrespective of their jurisdiction of enrollment or residence.
Acceptance. Payment of the Lifetime Mentorship Support add-on fee constitutes complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms. The student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses above before remitting payment.
