Important: Pro Desk is not an alternative to, or a replacement for, the NIC Pro mentorship program. Pro Desk is a support solution provided to NIC Pro mentorship members so that they can stay connected with the Academy, leverage ongoing Academy support, and keep their education, learning, and skills updated to required industry standards.
Pro Desk is a support and doubt-clearing service offered to members of the NIC Pro mentorship program. Through Pro Desk, you can book individual live online sessions in which your own charts, trades, and questions are reviewed and your doubts are addressed. Pro Desk is intended to help you stay current with the Academy and maintain your skills at the standard your learning requires.
Pro Desk does not deliver the NIC curriculum, the proprietary NIC frameworks, or any private method conditions. Those are taught only within the NIC Pro mentorship program. Pro Desk is a consultation and support service and is not a course, a mentorship program, or a substitute for any mentorship offered by the Academy.
Each session is conducted live online through Google Meet or a similar video conferencing application and is of one (1) hour duration. A booking confirmation is sent to you by email, or by another communication medium where one has been provided by you.
Pro Desk is available through the four options below. You may choose the option that suits your requirement.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), as per prevailing law. Pricing may be revised by the Academy at any time without prior notice.
With the Pay-as-you-go option you can book sessions on demand and have your doubts cleared, without committing to any monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription fee.
You may cancel a booked session up to twenty-four (24) hours before its scheduled start time. Once the twenty-four (24) hour window has passed, the session cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may reschedule it up to four (4) hours before its scheduled start time. Once the four (4) hour window has passed, the session cannot be rescheduled or cancelled and the amount paid is non-refundable.
If you do not attend a session and have not rescheduled it within the permitted window, the session is treated as completed and forfeited, and the amount paid is non-refundable.
You may cancel a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription at any time. On cancellation, your current paid period continues until its end and only the next renewal is stopped. In other words, your membership remains valid for the specific month, quarter, or year for which you have already paid, and the subscription will not auto-renew for the following period.
Sessions are allotted per subscription period. Unless the Academy states otherwise in writing, sessions that are not used within a subscription period do not carry over to any later period and lapse at the end of that period.
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to slot availability. If a slot you want is not available, you may book the next available slot in advance, or you may request a suitable time from the Academy through your preferred communication medium, such as email, WhatsApp, or a direct call.
The Academy will endeavor to offer suitable options, but does not promise, guarantee, or undertake any obligation to provide a session on any specific date or at any specific time. The Academy retains full rights either to offer an alternate session or to decline and ask you to book the next available slot.
Pro Desk sessions, and any material shared during them, are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not record, reproduce, share, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any session or material without the prior written permission of the Academy. Access is personal to you and is not transferable.
All services are provided only for so long as the Academy continues to offer and operate them. Where any term such as unlimited, full access, or lifetime is used in relation to any service, it means access for so long as the Academy continues to offer and operate that service. Such access is directly linked to the continued availability and operation of the relevant service. If the Academy ceases, discontinues, or closes any service, any such unlimited, full access, or lifetime entitlement automatically ends at that point, without further liability and without any obligation to refund beyond what is expressly stated in the applicable Refund Policy.
The Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, amend, update, modify, revise, replace, suspend, or withdraw this policy, and any of its services, features, content, schedules, pricing, or terms, at any time and without prior or advance notice to any user. Any change takes effect when published. Your continued use of the services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this policy from time to time.
The Academy is an educational organization. It provides structured trading education, concept learning, and skill development only. The Academy does not provide investment advice, trading tips, buy, sell, or hold recommendations, calls, signals, portfolio or fund management, research analysis, or any advisory or financial service of any kind. The Academy is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or with any financial or securities regulatory authority anywhere in the world, and does not hold itself out as a registered investment adviser, research analyst, or financial intermediary in any jurisdiction. All content is general in nature and is not tailored to the personal circumstances, objectives, or financial situation of any individual.

If any dispute, claim, or disagreement of any kind arises out of or in connection with the services or these terms, you agree first to contact the management of the Academy and to make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion using the appropriate communication channels provided by the Academy. If, for any reason, the matter is not resolved through such mutual efforts, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bihar or Delhi, India, or such other jurisdiction as the Academy may consider suitable. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
