Terms of Purchase

Please read these terms before you complete your purchase. By ticking the box and paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

These terms apply to purchases from Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy (OPC) Private Limited ("KSGTA"), CIN U85490BR2026OPC081312, at kumarsingh.live.

1. What you are buying

A personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access educational material for your own learning. You are not buying ownership of the material, the right to teach it, or the right to share it.

Self-paced courses are recorded video programmes, delivered on payment. Live classes are scheduled online sessions on the dates shown on the class page. A live class is a live event and does not include a recording unless the class page says so.

2. What is taught

Price action, market structure, volume profile, and institutional order flow read through volume footprint charts, under our proprietary NIC (No Indicator Concepts) methodology. Teaching is conceptual and analytical only.

3. Not investment advice

KSGTA is not registered with SEBI or any financial regulatory authority, in India or elsewhere. We are not an investment adviser, research analyst, broker, or portfolio manager. We do not manage money and never accept client funds for trading.

Nothing taught or published by us is investment advice or a recommendation. We give no tips, signals, buy or sell calls, price targets, or entry levels, including in any example, chart, or case study used to teach. Nothing takes account of your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. Your purchase creates no advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship.

4. Risk and results

Trading carries a real risk of loss, including your entire capital, and leveraged instruments can lose more than you deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No result is promised or implied by this purchase. Any performance figure, screenshot, testimonial, or student outcome is an individual illustration, not a representation of what will happen for you. Results depend on your own decisions, discipline, and market conditions.

5. Refunds

Self-paced courses: if you have not opened any lesson, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. Once any lesson has been opened, the course is delivered and non-refundable. Our systems record first access.

Live classes: tell us before the first session starts and we will move you to the next running of the same class where one is scheduled. Once a session has run, an unused seat is not refundable. If we cancel a class, you are refunded in full. If we reschedule and the new time does not suit you, you may take a full refund.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy governs in full. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Access and protection

Access is granted to your account. Playback is watermarked with your identity and limited to two registered devices. Joining links for live classes are personal.

You may not record, download, copy, re-upload, resell, sub-licence, or publicly share any video, session, workbook, or resource. Accounts found sharing credentials or material are closed without a refund, and the liquidated damages provisions of our Terms of Use apply.

7. Payment

Prices are charged in Indian Rupees. Any other currency shown is indicative, and your bank's rate at payment applies. Offer prices apply only while the offer countdown is running. Payment is processed by our gateway, and we do not store your card details.

8. Where you are

Our material is published from India and is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its availability would be contrary to local law. If you buy from outside India, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

9. Governing law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar. For any complaint, contact ksingh@kumarsingh.live. We acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within seven working days. See our Grievance Redressal page to escalate.

10. Full terms

Your purchase is also subject to our Terms and Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement.
