Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy (OPC) Private Limited ("KSGTA", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India (CIN: U85490BR2026OPC081312), operating kumarsingh.live. By buying or using a self-paced trading course or a live class, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy.

You are buying a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access educational material for your own learning. You are not buying ownership of the material, the right to teach it, or the right to share it.

Courses and classes teach the NIC (No Indicator Concepts) approach to reading markets: price action, market structure, volume profile, and institutional order flow read through volume footprint charts. All teaching is conceptual and analytical. We do not provide tips, signals, buy or sell calls, portfolio management, or assured returns of any kind.

You may not record, download, copy, re-upload, resell, sub-licence, or publicly share any course video, live session, workbook, or resource. Accounts found sharing credentials or material are closed without a refund. The full licence wording, including liquidated damages, is in the Terms of Use you accept at checkout.

Our full terms are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which governs in the event of any inconsistency with this page. In summary:

Self-paced courses are digital goods delivered immediately on payment. Once you have accessed the course material, the delivery is complete and cannot be reversed, so the purchase becomes non-refundable at that point. If you have not accessed any lesson, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase.

Live classes are non-refundable once the session you enrolled in has begun, as your seat has been reserved and the session delivered. If we cancel a class outright, enrolled students are refunded in full. If we reschedule a session and the new time does not work for you, contact us before the rescheduled session and we will discuss a refund or transfer.

This does not affect any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in cases of misrepresentation, defective delivery, or failure to provide the service described on the course or class page.

Buying a course or attending a class does not create an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship with KSGTA or with any instructor. We do not manage money and we do not accept funds for trading.

Prices are shown on each course and class page and are charged in Indian Rupees. A converted amount shown in another currency is indicative only, and your bank's rate at the moment of payment is what applies. Offer prices apply only while the offer countdown on the page is running. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, and we do not store your card details.

These terms may be updated when the law or our practice changes. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date it changed is the page's last-updated date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts named in the Terms of Use accepted at checkout have jurisdiction.
