Regulatory status
Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy is not registered with SEBI or with any financial regulatory authority. We are not an investment adviser, a research analyst, a broker, or a portfolio manager, and we never accept client funds for trading.
Risk of loss
Trading carries a real risk of losing your capital, and leveraged instruments can lose more than you put in. Only ever risk money you can afford to lose, and consider taking advice from a suitably licensed professional before you trade.
No guaranteed results
No result is promised or implied by buying a course or attending a class. Any performance figure, screenshot or student outcome shown anywhere on this site is an illustration of what happened in that instance, not a representation of what will happen for you. Hypothetical and back-tested results carry their own well-known limitations.
