Acceptance
By buying or using a Self-Paced Course or a Live Class you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy.
What you are buying
You are buying a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access educational material for your own learning. You are not buying ownership of the material, the right to teach it, or the right to share it.
What you may not do
You may not record, download, copy, re-upload, resell, sub-licence or publicly share any course video, live session, workbook or resource. Accounts found sharing credentials or material are closed without a refund. The full licence wording, including liquidated damages, is in the Terms of Use you accept at checkout.
No advisory relationship
Buying a course or attending a class does not create an advisory, brokerage or fiduciary relationship with Kumar Singh Global Trading Academy or with any instructor. We do not manage money and we do not accept funds for trading.
Payments and pricing
Prices are shown on each course and class page and are charged in Indian Rupees; a converted amount shown in another currency is an indication, and your bank's rate at the moment of payment is what applies. Offer prices apply only while the offer countdown on the page is running.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the law or our practice changes. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date it changed is the page's last-updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts named in the Terms of Use accepted at checkout have jurisdiction.
